Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Bituin account and everything in it at any time.

How to ask

  1. Send an email to hello@bituinph.com from the email address you use to log in to Bituin. If you log in with your phone number, write that number in the email instead.
  2. Write “Delete my Bituin account” as the subject.

What gets deleted

Everything the account holds: your email address or phone number, your birth date, your birth time and city if you gave them, your chart, your conversations with the signs, the people you added, and the notes the signs keep so they can remember you.

Removing just one person

You do not need to delete your whole account for that. Removing a person from your list inside the app deletes that room’s conversation about them.
